Alvene Jones-Johnson Community Extravaganza

  • This is a community and family event (open to public/free of charge for attendees) that we are starting in honor and remembrance of our late mother. Looking to secure at least 3 food trucks to offer a variety to attendees. We are looking to secure other local vendors & talent show participants as well. There will be african dancers and drummers, 2 motivational speakers, a face painter, & a balloon twister. Our event is from 12 p.m. -7 p.m. All Day work is preferred, but a minimum service of 3 hours is required. Due to the fact that it is our first annual event and open to the public, we are not sure of the amount of attendees that will be present. We can agree on other terms and conditions accordingly.
