Scouting Event

  • I need some help. I'm assisting with a scouting event on Saturday November 16th at Blue Ridge Community College in Weyers Cave, VA. We will have approximately 150 scouts and volunteers for this all day event. We are in need of multiple food trucks from approximately 11am-2pm for lunch.

    Due to unfortunate circumstances we currently have no food trucks available and no way to feed the 150 people. Participants are aware that there are supposed to be food trucks on site and will be bringing money. However, as of Monday, November 4th, we have no confirmed vendors.

    Please DM if you are interested and can help support this. The community college is aware and supportive of food trucks being present for this event. Thank you all in advance.
