  My Wife and I got the Meat lovers and the Hawaiian style pizza, we absolutely loved them both.
  The pizza's thin crust was had an amazing crispy texture, both pizza’s had plenty of fresh topping's.
  I could confidently say it was the best pizza I’ve ever had.
  Hats off to Pizza Cowboy for the great food and amazing service.

  Authentic and delicious thin crust wood fired pizza! Unique 1956 Chevy re-purposed as the food truck made the experience one to remember!
  On a separate visit, I tried out the hotdog cart which had a variety of options including the famous Seattle dog. 5-stars all around.
  Very friendly, accommodating, and fast service!

  We had the Meat Lovers and the Neapolitan Margarita pizza. I have had pizza on the west coast, east coast, and everything between. This wood-fired, Meat Lovers pizza was the absolute best pizza I have ever had. Perfect thin
  crust, tomato basil sauce…absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend the Pizza Cowboy!

  This food truck was the most inventive concept I have seen. To have a wood fired pizza oven in the back of an old Chevy. Loved it! But let’s talk about the pizza. Nothing short of amazing.
  The ingredients were very fresh and that crust…so much flavor and the perfect char. Well done Pizza Cowboy. We will definitely be having them back.

  This was the best pizza I have ever had! I enjoyed that it was wood, fired and loved the thin crust and fresh ingredients. I also appreciated that I could adjust the toppings to my liking. The whole setup is kind of cool too!

  We first tried Storm’s pizza in Chelan and were excited to see it come out West. It’s the delicious, thin crust, classic kind of pizza you find in Italy….yum!! Storm and his family do a wonderful job serving up great food along with a fun and friendly atmosphere…..don’t forget to try the castelvetrano olives!

  First of all I love this company because it’s family owned and ran and their hospitality is like what you would find in Napoli Italy.
  the crust he flies in and makes himself from Napoli Italy, and the ingredients are fresh. We had an exquisite time and I’m craving this pizza now as I sit here having coffee for breakfast..
  I now don’t have to fly to Rome for good pizza

  Amazing family business that runs efficiently while maintain excellent food quality. I tried multiple different pizzas including the margarita pizza and meat lover and every bite was full of flavor. Highly recommend you checking them out!
