The show is a master class on the four elements that can make or break a dish: salt, fat, acid, heat. Chef Samin encourages thoughtful, curious cooking with beautiful ingredients. 4. TACO CHRONICLES

A Netflix series in Spanish about the Mexican taco. Authentic. You’ll have to take your eyes off the tacos to read English subtitles. If possible. In Mexico tacos are a sport and passion and are all inclusive, from rich to poor, from herbivores to carnivores. This 6-part series introduces 6 types of tacos. 5. THE CHEF SHOW
Jon Favreau was ‘Chef’ the food truck movie. He partners with chef Roy Choi who was the consultant on movie. Roy Choi trained Favreu for the food truck movie and now they cook together for celebrity friends and with celebrity chefs. Lots of food, cooking and eating to make you want to invite folks over and try new food together.

6. UGLY DELICIOUS
Award-winning Chef David Chang introduces popularized food, home cooking and comfort food which are not always restaurant perfect, but can be Ugly Delicious. Each episode is about an explanation of a food and they surrounding culture.
