JUST ENCASED - DALLAS - FORT WORTH TX
Not a hot dog, but homemade sausage. A family-owned business, locally owned in Fort Worth, Texas making handcrafted sausages made in-house. We started out as a pop-up restaurant at the Dallas Farmers Market and now have grown into a food truck. Just Encased will travel all over the metroplex and cater weddings, holiday parties, and do office lunches.
