Cam's food truck specializes in old Southern Style Fried Fish and fish tacos. Our goal is to leave you satisfied and coming back for more.
Cam's food truck is the product of a shared love for cooking by Owner, Lawrence Erskin and his oldest son Cameron.
Through many shared experiences in the kitchen, Cameron and Lawrence talked frequently about what it would be like to take their cooking skills to the commercial level. They discussed menus and locations. Tragically before they were able to determine who was the better Chef, Cameron lost his life on September 9, 2020.
After the devastating loss of his son, Lawrence is determined to live the rest of his life seeking peace while fulfilling the dream he and his son shared.
In May 2022, Lawrence was able to make their dream a reality. He opened his first food truck in honor of his son’s memory, appropriately named, Cam’s.
