Girl Nextdough is a family-owned small batch baking food truck serving sourdough bagels, egg sandwiches, sweet and savory treats, desserts and coffee.
We operate a breakfast service on James Island every weekend, but also take catering orders (pickup/delivery), special events with the truck and dessert tables for weddings.

Ran by a former restaurant pastry chef, Girl Nextdough’s specialty is sourdough bagels, breakfast sweets and desserts. We strive to use the best ingredients possible, including local eggs, fruits and vegetables. Everything is made by hand, from scratch and baked the same day. We offer a rotating menu so that there’s always something new to try, but also enjoy working with clients on custom menus.
Our crew
Our crew is a father daughter team. Caitlin opened this business after leaving restaurant pastry, with the help of her dad John (J Mack). Caitlin cooks while J Mack takes orders and chats with guests. We love working together and believe that it’s only a great service if we’re having fun.
