We are traveling all around central Florida, from Tampa, Orlando, Clearwater, Sarasota, Fort Pierce, Valrico, Punta Gorda, and everything in between! We serve the sweetest Maine Lobster dishes on the go, from Chilled Maine Lobster Rolls with hot melted butter, Fried Lobster Rolls, Lobster Fries, Lobster Macaroni Bites, and sooo many other choices. We are out and about each and every week trying to bring the Maine experience down to the south.

Our crew

Our truck is made up of two main people who run the truck and has extra helping hands when necessary. The owner of the truck is Alex Paulin, he was born and raised in Limestone Maine and grew up catching lobsters in Bath and Augusta Maine. Our Operations Manager Ashley Sircy, is our main helping hand, she loves to talk to everyone about lobster and will get you on the right track to get the best lobster option for you.
