The original Food truck from the SF Bay Area that sells Traditional Hawaiian Poke in different variations. 10 yrs in the foodtruck business. We also have two stands Oracle Park SF Giants stadium running 8 yrs and still going. As a culinary graduate to a Chef at various establishments in Hawaii, I could not find any traditional Poke when I moved back to the Bay Area. We specialize in keeping Poke Hawaiian traditional using the freshest Ahi Tuna and ingredients. We also specialize in foodtruck and corporate caterings. We also do huge festivals like OutsideLands.
